I found a love for art, particularly printmaking, at an early age.

I attended St Mary’s College and benefited from excellent teaching within the Art Department, encouraging me to pursue it further. During my gap year I enrolled in a Visual Art Certificate I course at TAFE. This course helped me develop my drawing skills and gave me the confidence to apply to National Art School (NAS).

I thoroughly enjoyed studying at NAS, majoring in ceramics and minoring in drawing. My art morphed and changed over the three years at NAS.

Prior to attending NAS I was convinced that I wanted make art in the field of printmaking. While I was at art school I discovered the importance of trying all art mediums, developing a passion for ceramics. My native flowers series are my first linos since leaving NAS.

I now have my own studio and reveling in the opportunity to spend the bulk of my time making art. I am focusing on making functional work and taking commissions.
